By digging into the physical body, we can begin to uncover and release patterns of holding associated with previous events that presently limit your ability to live with ease and flow.
Mindfulness means being aware of the present moment in a nonjudmental way. In our sessions I will guide you through a series of mindful moments to assist you in finding your way to the deep wisdom of your body, awaking your own intuition. You will become aware of the arising of thoughts, emotions and physical sensations and learn to observe them without becoming overwhelmed by them. The breath is also used as a means of connecting the mind, body and heart.

Each session is different, based on the intuitive guidance

Sessions often incorporate a discussion component to provide training on how to use mindful awareness in your daily life, as you encounter stress and anxiety. This training is effective in combination with the massage therapy to help release mental chatter associated with fear, worry and sadness. Overall, you will leave feeling refreshed and rebalanced, with a deep sense of peace and tranquility.
