Rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.
If you love Yoga, Wine and Nature, here is the perfect weekend escape for you. This yoga retreat will take place on a 250-acre private vineyard overlooking Lake Sonoma, miles from any traffic jam or office meeting.
Each day you will have an opportunity to practice yoga, qigong, as well as mindful eating and drinking. Freetime will allow for hiking, swimming in the heated pool, canoeing on Lake Sonoma, or simply lazing and listening to the whispers of Mother Nature. The retreat is designed to help you cultivate insight into your life, using the tool of Mindfulness: a non-judgmental, present-moment awareness, as you enjoy the fun of a weekend vacation in wine country with an amicable group of fellow yogis.
Perfect for beginners to more advanced students.
Mindfulness provides a new framework for exploring your established yoga practice, or a means for observing your experience as you begin a practice. It also provides a way to notice your habits around eating and drinking, as you enjoy fresh, organic meals and delicious wine from the vineyards.

WHY WINE & YOGA?
Mindfulness is a tool to enhance our awareness of how we are in our lives, not simply a practice that happens on a yoga mat or meditation cushion. This retreat will provide a space for exploring your relationship to wine and to food. We will discuss how to use intention and mindfulness to guide how you eat and drink to both enhance the experience and to create habits that promote your health and well-being.
